All of The Heavyweight® products are designed and
constructed to last.
We warrant to the original purchaser that, with exception of The
Heavyweight® Bristle Pad, we will repair or replace, at our
option, any part or parts of The Heavyweight®, that prove to
be defective for 24 months ( 2 Years ) from date of purchase, free of
charge. This does not include shipping to our repair facility.
This warranty is void if we determine that the defect is due to misuse
or modification of brushes or pads, if used other than as specified.
THE WARRANTY IS VOID OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL LIMITS OF THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA AND CANADA. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FOR
MERCHANTABILITY, THAT ARE NOT SET FORTH HEREIN, OR THAT EXTEND BEYOND
THE DURATION HEREOF. HEAVYWEIGHT SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR
INABILITY TO USE ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS.
